Get away from the busyness of everyday life and spend a weekend dedicated to your physical, spiritual and mental wellness within a community of women, immersed in the beauty of the Muskokas. This weekend will feature a blend of session options, from high ropes and zip line, to yoga and mindfulness meditation, to crafting and canoeing, or even booking a massage - it's all up to you as to which elements of wellness you'd like to include in your weekend. Beyond activities, enjoy fresh and delicious homemade meals (that are made FOR you!), our cozy and rustic cabins in the forest, the care provided to you by Cairn staff, and, of course, a chance to breathe deeply. A rejuvenating spring weekend awaits!

*Note: All food, accommodation and camp activities are included in the registration cost. Some sessions will have additional costs involved, such as massages or those that require specific supplies. Please bring whatever you would like to drink - alcoholic beverages are permitted in the lodge for this retreat.

9:30  Activity #1 (pebble art, yoga, drum circle, zip line)

11:00  Activity #2 (photo walk, card making, guided paddle canoeing, dangle duo)

12:30pm  Lunch

2:00  Activity #3 (gratitude journalling, glasswork, guided paddle kayaking, climbing wall)

3:30  Activity #4 (pebble art, yoga, drum circle, zip line)

5:00  Happy Hour

6:00  Dinner
